La situazione con questo giro di referendum è realmente peggio del previsto, temo: 22% di affluenza a livello nazionale con ieri, porca di quella lurida (ed eviterò di fare commenti su specifiche regioni, altrimenti già vedo arrivare le accuse di nazionalismo regionale, scusate se devo sempre trovare un modo di piazzarmi come superiore agli altri per sentirmi basata). In teoriiia non è ancora detta l’ultima parola, perché le votazioni si chiudono solo tra un’ora e un quarto, ma francamente non prendiamoci in giro: chi cazzo è che non vota la domenica, ma poi va a votare il lunedì, giorno in cui universalmente o si lavora o si marcisce? 🥴 Siamo un paese di sbandati qui, di gente che o si sabota da sola o non aiuta chi sta peggio, non ci sono vie di mezzo. Mio padre mi ha detto che ieri mattina per strada ha visto una vecchia ignorante, mentre discuteva con un signore che tentava di farla ragionare (temo invano), che diceva che non sarebbe andata a votare perché è “contro gli immigrati“… sorvolando sui vari assunti dietro questa idea, che non approfondirò qui ed ora, praticamente questa ignorava che c’erano altri 4 fottuti quesiti riguardanti il lavoro, e che in ogni caso si può votare No oltre che Sì! E poi, ancora peggio, c’è gente che non va a votare perché si preoccupa di far male a gente che sta meglio di sé… cose di un altro pianeta. 😭
Ad ogni modo, dopo aver esercitato questa mia supremazia democratica che anche stavolta si rivelerà del tutto invana, riflettevo sul fatto che la mia tessera elettorale sembra un poco triste… perché ho votato a tutto quello che potevo votare da quando l’ho ottenuta (fanculo l’astensione, se non si fosse già capito; e per quanto mi riguarda, fanculo il quorum, che serve solo a far si che i referendum siano letteralmente inutili… ci rendiamo conto che neppure il brainrot è stato abbastanza a far si che si raggiungesse?), ma nonostante ciò sono comunque solo 4 caselle. Solo 4 caselle in 3 anni significa che di democrazia in Italia se ne fa poca e niente… e sicuramente anche questo è un fattore che porta al disinteresse e quindi all’astensione. Other security vendors are also monitoring this APT and releasing analyses of its campaigns. The group has remained active through May 2025, consistently targeting Russian companies.
A distinctive feature of this threat is that the attackers favor using legitimate third-party software over developing their own malicious binaries. The malicious functionality of the campaign described in this article is implemented through command files and PowerShell scripts. The attackers establish remote access to the victim’s device, steal credentials, and deploy an XMRig crypto miner in the system.
Our research has uncovered new tools within this APT group’s arsenal, which we will elaborate on in this article.

On Friday afternoon [June 5, 2025], military-gear-clad ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] agents launched aggressive raids throughout Los Angeles.
Recently, the People's Liberation Army of China conducted two major military exercises simultaneously in different parts of the country. In the east, an airborne battalion conducted military exercises that were interpreted as preparation for a potential attack on Taiwan.
At the same time, chemical defense and engineering support exercises were conducted in the Xinjiang region. Some of these activities suggest preparation not only for regional conflicts, but also for scenarios involving weapons of mass destruction.
These exercises demonstrate the strategic importance of China's northwest regions, where many of the country's nuclear facilities are located. For example, in 2021, The Washington Post reported on the construction of 119 suspected missile silos near Yumen in Gansu province, and in 2022, The New York Times cited satellite images that showed another 110 suspected silos under construction near Hami in Xinjiang.
Therefore, if a conflict involving Taiwan were to occur and the US were to intervene, China’s nuclear facilities could become priority targets. Given the current geopolitical situation, China’s recent military exercises appear to have been designed with just such a scenario in mind, including the prospect of nuclear war.

About a year ago, I decided to try it out in a small way. I bought a portable solar generator setup and started using it during camping trips and occasionally at home. Here's what worked, what didn’t, and what I wish I knew from the start.
#What I Bought I went with the Jackery Explorer 1000 along with two SolarSaga 100W foldable panels. My goal was to run small essentials like a mini fridge, LED lights, and a laptop during camping or during short-term outages.
I chose this setup because I didn’t want to deal with rooftop installations, and I liked the idea of something I could pack up and take anywhere.
##What Went Well Easy to use: Setup was simple. Plug the panels into the power station, and it starts charging.
Portable: I’ve taken this setup on multiple trips. It fits easily in the car and doesn’t take up much space.
Quiet and clean: Unlike gas generators, this setup is silent and doesn’t smell. That was a big plus for me.
Efficient on sunny days: In good sunlight, it charged fully in about 6 hours.
#What Didn’t Go So Well I overestimated the battery: I thought 1000Wh would last forever. It doesn’t. If you’re running a fridge, laptop, and charging phones, the power drains quickly.
**Cloudy days were a problem: **No sun means no charge. I hadn’t thought that through and ended up stuck once with a dead battery.
I forgot to unplug things: A couple of times I left devices charging overnight and woke up with a fully drained battery. Rookie mistake, but it happened.
#What I Wish I Knew Before Starting Know your power usage: Every small device adds up. It’s important to understand how much power your appliances use.
Don’t try to do everything at once: Start small and build from there. It’s better to test the waters than to buy everything at once.
Being off-grid changes your habits: I became more aware of what I was using and started planning power use more carefully. It’s a good shift in mindset.

We express our deepest outrage following the interception, last night, by Israeli authorities, of the Freedom Flotilla ship, which was carrying humanitarian aid intended for the civilian population of Gaza, subjected to a total blockade since March 2, 2025.
On board the ship were 12 humanitarian workers and peace activists, engaged in a strictly civilian and non-violent mission. Among them were French MEP Rima Hassan and Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg, figures recognized for their commitment to human rights and international justice.
This interception, carried out outside Israeli territorial waters, constitutes a flagrant violation of international law, particularly maritime law and humanitarian law. The arrest of the crew members and the seizure of aid intended for a population in immediate humanitarian distress are unacceptable.
We call on states, the European Union, the United Nations, and the entire international community to:
▪️Strongly condemn this illegal arrest
▪️Demand the immediate and unconditional release of all crew members;
▪️Pressure the Israeli authorities to allow humanitarian aid to reach Gaza without hindrance, in accordance with international law
