I've only been abroad one time, and there were little gecko/lizard things everywhere, climbing up walls and scurrying across roads, and nobody cared. I was constantly fascinated but to the locals they're just kinda there.

Hermes 4 expands Nous Research's line of neutrally-aligned and steerable models with a new group of hybrid reasoners. Like all of our models, these are designed to adhere to the user's needs and system prompts, rather than to a company's ethics code. Hermes users will feel an eagerness for roleplaying and creativity in the model. They'll also notice a lack of lecturing and sycophancy. Put simply, Hermes users will experience a more pleasant, humanistic interaction.Because they are "reasoning" models, they have the ability to "spend" more tokens during inference to think longer about hard problems. Hybrids can toggle between reasoning and standard responses by including or omitting a tag with a request. By being hybrid, Hermes improves performance across a number of benchmarks and maintains efficiency when thinking isn't necessary.
The training dataset for Hermes 4 expands over the dataset for Hermes 3 with 50x more data tokens. Much of the data was synthesized using Atropos, and special care was taken to highlight creative content.

The No Azure for Apartheid group identified the dismissed employees on Instagram as Riki Fameli and Anna Hattle, following their arrest by police on Tuesday.

What is the "legit" way to find monkrus? Do they ever use PGP and how can I tell that a new site is also the same user? Both telegrams have different methods of donation, so it feels unlikely they're both real.
I won't blame these torrents, but I've recently gotten a state-actor-level type of malware and I'm double-checking everything that's been into my machine.

Extreme rainfall across swathes of China caused over 16 billion yuan ($2.24 billion) in road damage, the transport ministry said on Wednesday, highlighting how climate risks are placing additional pressure on the ailing economy's public purse.The preliminary estimate covers damage to roads since the start of flood season, Li Ying, a ministry spokesperson, told reporters, and includes 23 provinces, regions and municipalities - more than two-thirds of China's administrative divisions.
Flood season officially began on July 1, according to China's water resources ministry, and brought record rainfall to the country's north and south.
So far, some 540 million yuan in emergency road repair subsidies have been allocated to local authorities by the transport and finance ministries, Li said.

I checked the paper cited in that article, and it has an author correction published last week:
