My philosophy:

Modern big tech (Apple, Google, Microsoft), along with mainstream platform is chaotic with manipulative algorithms; all for the purpose of exploiting the user with data collection, pushing ads, wasting the user's time by keeping them constantly engaged. Smartphones most of all are fragile, high maintenance, dopamine slot machines. What I have laid out cuts out all forms of big tech algorithmic manipulation. Suffice to say, my own process actually saved my sanity and I no longer have anxiety as I once did. It's been freeing. And it's like, once you filter out all the time wasting slop, what exactly does the vast majority of the Internet and the mainstream online services even offer? In the end, what I have detailed gave me a lot of clarity on how much people waste their lives online; especially when out in public holding a phone in their face, letting life pass them by.
