Okay okay okay, so,
I talked to Hyperfixed - and genuinely and sadly none of us can figure it out. My house still smells like pumpkin spice half a year after moving out, but I didn't -do- anything but use those Bath and Body Works air freshener wall plugs, and I really don't know what the mitigation for that is in a house with no carpeting. It's PSL forever, IDK.

They should just thank you that it doesn't smell like a Gwyneth Paltrow cooter candle.
We wrote into the lease that tenants can't have open flame, water beds, or powered scent emitters.
Then it is probably down to washing the walls with an alkaline cleaning solution and maybe primer/repainting. And maybe really cleaning the floors and any carpets. Someone posted earlier that those vaporizing oils settle on surfaces and tend to stay around.
Definitely amazing and funnythat it is still noticeable.

If the buyers want to get rid of the smell, it's easy. Rent or buy an ozone generator that is designed specifically for killing smells. You plug it in, set the timer for 20 or 30 minutes, then leave the room and close the door(s). After the device shuts off, open the doors and wait a bit before going back in.
These things can get the smell of smoke out of the hotel room / apartment of a chain smoker. A little pumpkin spice latte will not be a challenge.

China's hyper-competitive electric vehicle market means that even top players, such as BYD Auto, are no longer immune, as smaller players continue to gobble up increasing market share. This comes as growth in the world's largest EV market slowed over the summer, with mounting headwinds expected this fall.
BYD, the world's largest EV maker, slashed its full-year sales target to 4.6 million units, down a whopping 16% from its previous estimate of 5.5 million, according to a Reuters report. The downshift in forecast was attributed to intensifying competition in China's EV market from rivals such as Geely, Xpeng, and Xiaomi. BYD also reported a 30% plunge in quarterly profit and flat deliveries in July to August.
