Tutti i libri di informatica che ho letto negli ultimi anni, anche quelli per principianti, non si preoccupano di insegnare i fondamenti:
- come ragionare
- come scomporre un problema in più passi
- come disegnare un diagramma di flusso e saperne fare un debug con carta e penna
Voi per caso conoscete libri o corsi che NON parlino di linguaggi ma invece spieghino bene i fondamenti dell'informatica, con esempi e indovinelli?

Das erklärt vielleicht ein wenig den Mangel an Enthusiasmus auf Bundesebene. Aber 14-25 Milliarden €/Jahr, je nach Ausgestaltung der Vermögenssteuer sollte man nicht einfach ignorieren. Auch wenn man es schon seit fast 30 Jahren tut. Change happens, Herr Merz, Herr Klingbeil!

Angeblich sei es nicht möglich, die verschiedenen Vermögensarten sauber zu definieren (Barvermögen, Wert von Grundstücken, Immobilien, Kunstgegenständen, Fahrzeugen, Aktien und so, usw.) und dann eine gerechte Berechnung dafür zu finden, und so bla halt.
Bei den Ärmsten hingegen ist es total easy, sie zu schröpfen.

Nur bei der Vermögenssteuer geht es angeblich nicht.
Es gibt da das probate Mittel der Steuerschätzung. Und das kann ganz schnell dafür sorgen, daß die Betreffenden mal ihr Vermögen zusammenrechnen.
