Progressives forces in Germany and across Europe who truly intend to uphold their universalist ideals, must keep pressing for comprehensive economic and military sanctions. There is no time to lose.

After the summer break, EU member states will debate an EU Commission recommendation to partially exclude Israel from the EIC Accelerator investment program. This would be a small but important step in the right direction, and one where Germany, as the EU’s largest country, wields considerable influence. The immediate suspension of the EU Association Agreement and total embargo of arms deliveries to Isreal must follow. It would not absolve either the current or previous German government of their responsibility for Israel’s genocidal crimes in Gaza. In the face of the horrors still unfolding, it would be the barest minimum.

I uphold the fundamental principles of anarcho-syndicalism: the indispensability of horizontalism, workers’ direct self-management, and federated assemblies exercising delegated authority through binding and recallable mandates. Delegates possess no autonomous decision-making power, a necessary mechanism to prevent the concentration of power and ensure accountability from the base workplace level to higher coordination structures.

This is not a mere personal preference or special interest, but the fundamental essence of anarcho-syndicalism. Class power must remain with the working class collectively, and any deviation toward centralized or bureaucratic control replicates the coercive authority we seek to abolish. This is my political framework and the basis of my commitment.

Sorry, not sorry, to my family, I will not abandon my beliefs, and I’m here to stay. I will continue discussing anarcho-syndicalism openly, regardless of the political climate. Even if a majority in Norway supports democratic socialism, I won’t be silenced or pressured to compromise my commitment to anti-authoritarian, worker self-management principles.

I'm looking at an Ecowitt gateway (GW1100) for #HomeAssistant and moisture sensors.

Is that 16 moisture sensors plus weather station sensors? Documentation is unclear.

And I assume I have to bring the station into my regular WLAN? Does everything still work without internet gateway, or is the data only available from the #cloud?
