Reorganized and redesigned, it also adds the option to – if wanted or needed – RETURN the device without live customer support interaction IF the system determines an RMA (return merchandise authorization) can be legitimately issued. Apart from that, the portal also includes a vast array of self-diagnosis options and instructions.
