When I speculated about GPT-5 last year, it didnโt occur to me to question whether it would know how to set priorities, because the models of the time werenโt even capable enough for that to be a limiting factor. Aargh! What a nightmare.
I had a lot of fillings back them but it's likely I needed then. The black heavy 'gas mask' was so awful I clearly remember it decades later.
My concern now is that children with teeth in terrible condition aren't getting the care they need.
Much is down to parents not doing anything to prevent dental decay (like mine) but that's no consolation for a child in pain.
It is all about the money. Our systems that makes the rich richer and the poor poorer.
