The myth of political neutrality
There is no such thing as taking a neutral stance on an issue. I’ll say that again. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS BEING NEUTRAL. If you examine your material impact on the world, you can only ever be for MAINTAINING the status quo or for CHANGING the status quo.
Not taking a stance on an issue is, in actual fact, casting a vote that reads YES to the yes or no question “Are you in favor of maintaining the status quo?”. If you say you are “neutral” or “have no opinion” on #Israel's so-called “#war” in #Gaza, then (through your inaction) you are supporting the hateful, #Zionist, Jewish supremacists who are committing #genocide in #Palestine.
If you say you are “neutral” on the #Trumpadministration “detaining” (I think a more accurate word is abducting) people, accusing them (without furnishing any evidence) of breaking the law in some fashion, and then sending them to that #CECOT #concentrationcamp (do NOT refer to that place as a #prison. It is NOT a prison) without any #dueprocess: you are telling #Trump, #TomHoman, and all their cronies that you are perfectly okay with them abducting and disappearing people.
THERE ARE NO NEUTRAL BYSTANDERS IN THIS. EITHER YOU ARE FOR #JUSTICEFORALL, OR YOU STAND FOR NOTHING EXCEPT YOURSELF.
