A4: Sort a combination of the two, depending on how busy my day is. I usually open a new tab with just the week's questions up at some point on Thursday morning, and start writing an answer to Q1. I'll also skim the rest of the Qs and begin to formulate answers in my head. Then when the hour kicks off, early afternoon for me, I keep the questions tab open and write answers as we go. I don't think it hampers my ability to interact with the other participants, but I might be a little late to certain conversations.

(Fewest votes) This book was HUGE, then disappeared (it kinda dragged at times). A tale of research into Dracula that gets too close to the truth. I loved the idea of detective-like researchers who are family, & Europe really comes alive. It’s subtly creepy.

Plus, I try and read the questions on Monday and mull them over. Sometimes when I can't sleep I answer in my head... and work on my design and project plans.

Except when I don't and I miss them and everything is then a bit last minute!
I try to follow the hashtag and that largely works, but I often go back to my main feed to see some responses, so I tend to do #MakersHour in a couple of tabs at a time, which can make keeping up with liking posts and seeing notifications a bit tricky

A4: I wing it and see what happens! I think if I did it in advance, I’d overthink my answers. With my brain, you can’t give it too much warning of what’s coming up.

I have tried pre-writing answers a couple of times, but I'm generally nowhere near that organised.
Most days Makers Hour clashes with me getting home and making/eating dinner, so having answers prepared would probably mean I can participate more often. Obvs if you're writing answers to this on the fly it is also then harder to interract with other folks... sometimes I have not the "spoons" to write answers and just read/boost other folks answers. So yeah, maybe pre writing some answers is worth having more of a go at.
(Tonight I was late getting home, so sat down on the couch at 20:10 before getting started on any sort of dinner plan... so that is where I still am, typing this lol.)
