A4: Sort a combination of the two, depending on how busy my day is. I usually open a new tab with just the week's questions up at some point on Thursday morning, and start writing an answer to Q1. I'll also skim the rest of the Qs and begin to formulate answers in my head. Then when the hour kicks off, early afternoon for me, I keep the questions tab open and write answers as we go. I don't think it hampers my ability to interact with the other participants, but I might be a little late to certain conversations.
