I ~think~ the impact on this is that people between 6 months and 65 years who are healthy can get the vaccine in Washington State without having to get an off-label prescription from a doctor. Which is great! I am less clear if this means the vaccines will be available at all pharmacies, or whether insurance will cover the cost.

I went for an hourโs brisk walk at dusk, covering 5.4k. The sunset was nice and there was a pale moon hanging over the fields. Round the back of the rugby ground I saw two teams of gentlemen in their 50s and 60s (maybe older as well?) playing a very slow game and it made me smile.
Iโm off to campus on the 8am train so Iโm going to wash and blow dry my hair before bed so I donโt have to get up stupidly early to do it tomorrow morning.
This evening I finished A Line You Have Traced by Roisin Dunnett, a time travel story intertwining the lives of an understimulated married woman in the Jewish East End of London in the 1930s, a hard partying contemporary queer 20 something, and a gardener recruited for a mysterious project in a kind of hopepunk future.
