Was steht drin – und wo hilft Infinito.Nexus?
1. Offene Standards & openCode
Alle Komponenten sollen auf offenen Standards basieren und der Code öffentlich verfügbar sein („openCode“) – für Transparenz, Sicherheit und Beteiligung.
Infinito.Nexus erfüllt diese Anforderungen: es setzt konsequent auf Open Source, nutzt offene Protokolle (z. B. OIDC, WebDAV, REST APIs) und veröffentlicht alles auf GitHub.
2. Zentral + dezentral kombiniert
Im Impulspapier wird betont, dass der Deutschland-Stack nur dann funktioniert, wenn zentrale Basisdienste für alle bereitgestellt werden – gleichzeitig aber Raum für dezentrale Innovation bleibt. Zentralisierung soll Doppelarbeit vermeiden, Standardisierung die Integration erleichtern.

3. Open Source als Wirtschaftspolitik
Die Digitalwirtschaft – insbesondere Start-ups – sollen aktiv in Open-Source-Projekte eingebunden werden, um Offenheit, Anschlussfähigkeit und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu fördern.

4. Europäische Anschlussfähigkeit

5. Klare Governance & offene Innovation

Illustrating every legendary creature in Wisconsin folklore: Two-For-One with the Giddy Fish and Whirligig Fish. Both of which looked basically the same and were considered close relatives in the lore.
They were both associated with ice fishing. The giddy fish had a rubber-like body, and naturally liked to leap out of the water. Therefore you could fish them in great numbers by simply drilling a hole in the ice and striking the ones that jumped out with a blunt object.
The whirligig fish, on the other hand, liked pungent cheese, ham, and bacon. If you wanted to catch one of these, you simply drilled a hole in the ice and then smeared limburger cheese or bacon grease around the edge. The fish would circle around the ice hole eating the bait, going faster and faster, until eventually centrifugal force would force it out of the water and out of the hole, corkscrewing through the air.
