now the Q. is whether incoming home secretary Shabana Mahmood will either double-down on the proscription of Palestine Action, or use the change in office to 'rethink' the proscription ahead of the judicial review.... given that having been given leave to appeal the decision to go to judicial review in the first place, one might conclude they're not sure they can 'win'?
