Ja mikä parasta. IRCissä vammani ei näy muille. Olin täysin samalla viivalla kaikkien muiden kanssa. En ollut se outolintu, jota kierretään aina kaukaa. Minua ei syrjitty sen takia, että käytin eri kieltä, viittomakieltä. Minua ei syrjitty, kun käytin apuvälineitä. Kuten kuulolaitteita ja valkoista keppiä. Minut nähtiin vihdoinkin ihmisenä. IRC on ainoa paikka missä pystyin olemaan minä. Juuri sellaisenaan. Tämä ei ollut mahdollista kasvotusten, kodin ulkopuolella. Ableistinen yhteiskunta ajoi minut verkkoon ja uskon pysyväni myös siellä. Edes joku yksi paikka missä voin olla ja hengailla. Kiitos IRC, kun olet olemassa.
