Yo ahora mismo estoy usando Typemill (instalado en mi propio servidor) para trabajar la composición de capítulos y la exportación a PDF, pero lo que es la maquetación en sí lo puedes hacer en cualquier editor markdown en local.
De hecho yo lo tenía primero en un editor local y luego lo he pasado a Typemill.

@das_g @katrinakatrinka I think if she hadn't chosen anyone it would have made more narrative sense for the criteria to loosen each time. This one I read as her doing a malicious compliance: picking someone she knows will be unacceptable.
