It’s a phenomenal book.
A Victorian-themed fantasy novel, it’s full of vivid characters and ample wit. The writing is tight, no wasted wordage, and flows beautifully. And I’m constantly turning the page.
Such a great plot too. It’s about a young woman, working at a bakery, who stumbles upon a dead body. Was it the result of a wild animal? Or was it… murder?

Unrelated to the other projects I've been cooking on. Two weeks ago I picked up a Kinect v1 from a local thift store with a USB/power adapter and got it working with scanning software on the PC.
Edit to add these only cost $26 taxes in!!!
Today I went to the same store and found a Kinect v2 with the usb/power adapter along with another USB/power adapter for a v1!!!
I am so excited to play with these goodies and see what I can make!
