Gestern Abend konnte ich am recht hellen Mond eine Pollenkorona sehen. Diese farbigen Kränze um den Mond entstehen, wenn dessen Licht an Pollen in der Luft gebeugt wird.
Je nach Pollentyp ergeben sich unterschiedliche Formen und Größen. Die hier dürfte von Kiefernpollen kommen.

It’s been 2.5 years since I started lifting weights. I’m now lifting 230lbs consistently while bench pressing, and 400lbs while leg pressing. I also regularly run 3km, which I do twice every week.
My shoulders and arms are too big for L shirts, so now I’m at XL—which is hard for me to believe because my goal has never been to be massive, it’s too be healthy.
I am self-conscious about my size but the doctor said my blood pressure is optimum and my cholesterol is slightly too low. No longer am I pre-diabetic. My goal is not to be aesthetic but to be healthy—and I’ve never been healthier than I am right now.
I’ve thought about cutting weight but I will aim for lifting 300lbs, then I’ll drop my size.
