The only thing the EU should do is ban all ships from Russia entering the EU waters. If they do, confiscate ships and products they carry. Also, confiscate products from ships originating from countries that receive Russian products (oil etc.) and blend it with products from other origins. Designate it as Russian unless proven otherwise. Confiscate it if not meeting the standard of proof.
