@abulling Hm, das musste aber doch wohl klar sein, dass vermiedene Abgaben (Netzkosten+Steuern) kein auf Dauer tragfähiges Konzept für den Ausbau der PV sein können. Die zugesagte Förderung ist die EEG-Vergütung. PV hat aktuell einen fairen gesellschaftlichen Wert von ca. 5 ct (siehe letzte Gebotsrunde f. Freiflächen-PV). Alle Einsparungen darüber muss irgendwer anderes bezahlen.
Wenn man von dem ganzen Klein-Klein hier mal abstrahiert (das zwar technisch interessant ist, aber in dem man sich gerne verliert):
Die Frage ist am Ende, wie die Last der #Energiewende verteilt wird. Und da stellt man fest: Die Industrie wird massiv subventioniert, obwohl sie den Großteil des produzierten Stroms verbraucht und die Netze nutzt.
Und Privathaushalte sollen zahlen (bzw. tun das jetzt schon).

Dass das EEG System nicht langfristig tragfähig ist, ist bekannt. Aber die "Lösung" kann m.E. nicht sein, die zu bestrafen, die ganz vorne mit dabei sind.
In Kombination mit der PV-Pflicht für Neubauten wird es nochmal kaputter.
Die Netzentgelte fließen nämlich nicht 1:1 in den Netzausbau, sondern - wenn man sich die Gewinne der großen Monopolisten anschaut, offensichtlich auch ins Jahresergebnis, die Dividenden und auch auf die Konten der Manager.
Warum wird eigentlich nicht die Industrie verpflichtet, abhängig von ihrem Strombedarf eine entsprechende Menge an PV/Speichern zu bauen?

@Chaotica @elottermann Mal abgesehen davon, dass m.E. das Stromnetz - wie auch die Wasserversorgung etc - nicht in private Hand gehören, sondern Aufgaben des Staates sind bzw. idealerweise den Bürgern gehören bzw. genossenschaftlich organisiert sein sollten.
Die Privatisierung der Netze war die gleiche neoliberale 💩 wie überall. Und jetzt haben wir eine Situation, wo mehr als ein Viertel der Stromkosten (für Private, nicht die Industrie) an diese Monopolisten geht. Toll.

In Gesprächen hier im Bekannten- und Nachbarkreis wird schnell klar: Da wird knallhart kalkuliert. Die Investition muss sich nicht schon innerhalb von ein paar Jahren rechnen (immerhin), aber bitte doch dann in spätestens 10 Jahren. Und Subventionen will man auch gerne haben.

Mein VNB ist im Eigentum der Kommune und war in den 35 Jahren seines Bestehens nicht in der Lage, den Netzbetrieb in geordnete Bahnen zu führen. Jetzt läuft es absehbar wegen Unfähigkeit auf eine tatsächliche Privatisierung hinaus.
Die Neuordnung der Netzentgelte ist lange im Gespräch und ist m.E. aus Aufmerksamkeitsgründen im Spiegelartikel einseitig PV-lastig dargestellt.
Ohne flächendeckende Viertelstundenleistungen durch iMSys kann ich mir nur eine Verschiebung der Netzkosten zu höheren Anschlussfixkosten vorstellen. Das hat vordergründig nichts mit PV zu tun, reduziert aber die Ersparnis durch PV-Eigenverbrauch.
