Le gouvernement a présenté hier un projet de loi pour les #JO2030 d'hiver. Il tente à nouveau de prolonger l'utilisation de la vidéosurveillance algorithmique (#VSA), dont la première "expérimentation" s'est achevée fin mars.
Sauf que cette nouvelle « expérimentation » aurait lieu jusqu'en 2027, soit trois ans avant les Jeux d'hiver.
Il ne faut pas être dupe : le gouvernement se moque de tout le monde. La généralisation de la VSA est un souhait issu d'un agenda politique ancien, qui n'a rien à voir avec la sécurité de cet évènement.
Les évènements sportifs sont instrumentalisés pour imposer cette surveillance. Les entreprises et les autorités publiques ont déjà exploité le caractère exceptionnel des JO 2024 pour justifier la #VSA, dont le cadre « expérimental » n'était qu'un écran de fumée. Non seulement cette technologie est massivement utilisée de façon illégale en France, grâce à l'inaction de la CNIL et du gouvernement, mais le rapport d'évaluation qui a pointé l'inefficacité et inutilité de la VSA a aussi été ignoré.
Le gouvernement tente donc de manière grossière de refaire le même coup en 2030 qu'en 2024, sans trop de subtilité. Mais malheureusement, il est probable que cette loi soit adoptée, tant les équilibres politiques sont à droite et tant les parlementaires se sont montrés incapables de questionner l'utilité et les dangers de n'importe quelle mesure sécuritaire.

Je suppose que c'est, de leur part, un besoin impérieux (à défaut de travailler concrètement pour le pays) de gesticuler et d'exister, et d'être certain, face à la pression fascisante, de ne pas avoir l'air inactif en matière de « sécurité ».
