based on my experiments with the minimum it takes for my brain to flip to going "oh yeah that's a dude" and then getting in full dude makeup and seeing what it takes for my brain to flip back to "o yea dats a chick", the most important things are
1. eyebrows
2. cheek fullness or lack thereof
everything else is just embellishment. while I can't actually alter those things, I experimented with the illusion of changing nose/jaw shape/size and counter to my expectations those didn't even matter.
