El morbo de los wasaps
Al igual que, como periodista, reconozco el valor y relevancia informativa de algunos de los wasaps entre José Luis Ábalos y Pedro Sánchez, también percibo (y mucho) disfrute entre quienes se acercan a ellos con un morbo excesivo.
Con un placer impúdico de ver cómo una persona pública, a la que todos conocemos, se expresa en la intimidad. El puro cotilleo de verle desenmascarado. Sin filtros. Como un rey desnudo mientras el pueblo goza observando por la mirilla y poniendo el oído detrás de la puerta.
Porque en esta polémica hay mucho de esto. Por ahora, no son un “Luis, sé fuerte" de Rajoy a Bárcenas. Ni de momento se aprecia delito más allá de la constatación de la cercanía con Ábalos una vez salió del Gobierno, su interés por el rescate de Air Europa o su forma implacable (y cuestionable) de controlar las críticas internas del partido.
Aun así, los wasaps han sido el tema de la semana. Son importantes, pero, ¿tanto como para que los políticos de todos los partidos se hayan pronunciado sobre ellos de una u otra forma? ¿Tanto como para que todo se mezcle y que ya nadie sepa muy bien qué es lo crucial y grave y qué lo accesorio en el caso Koldo?
Estos días, el debate político se ha parecido más al ambiente en un plató de un programa de prensa rosa que uno de actualidad. Lo constataba, apesadumbrado, el expresidente Felipe González el martes en la presentación del Laboratorio de Oportunidades en el Círculo de Bellas Artes. “La política se ha convertido en un Sálvame”, decía.
Voy más allá. Creo que es peor que Sálvame. Ahora, La familia de la tele. Porque, sobre todo, lo que se está comentando es la forma de valorar, en términos coloquiales, y con una persona de su estricta confianza, a Emiliano García Page, Javier Lambán, Margarita Robles o Pablo Iglesias. Básicamente, lo que hace habitualmente un jefe o compañero en cualquier entorno laboral dentro y fuera de la política.
Mientras el debate público se sigue banalizando con estas cosas, percibo entre la gente de mi generación un doble fenómeno curioso. Por un lado, una necesidad constante de compartir momentos íntimos y privados en redes sociales. Y por otro, un exceso de celo con las cosas que se dejan por escrito, incluso entre gente de confianza.
Muchos tienen el modo WhatsApp efímero en el que los mensajes se borran a los pocos días. Otros solo mandan audios o fotos para ser escuchados o visionados una sola vez. Puede que sea porque en este mundo digital nadie se libra ya de que se reenvíen, filtren o publiquen mensajes que no deberían salir tan fácilmente del ámbito privado.

To není řečnická otázka, seriózně mne Váš názor zajímá.
Znám několik lidí, včetně sebe, kteří si střední a vysokou vybírali jednak podle svých zájmů, ale také podle toho, aby tam nebyly mnou tenkrát nenáviděné předměty, které jsem se musel s odporem našprtat.
Toto je bohužel příklad z reality.

A pokud to nechceš, navýšit obec daň z nemovitosti.

in reply to brabitom • • •můžeme stavět dle libosti, ale developeři budou stavět jenom luxusní byty s nadále nedosažitelnou cenou a začne růst cena materiálu a práce, takže budeme pořád ve stejné situaci
navíc nic nebude bránit tomu, aby spekulanti a rentiéři skoupili i zbytek a cenu drželi uměle nahoře, zatímco prvokupec se bude muset tak jako tak do 50 zadlužit

To je lež.
To je taková dětinská představa, že někdo kupuje desetitisíce bytů každý rok, aby za ně každý měsíc platil(nejenom daň z nemovitosti) a schválně je držel prázdné. Jen tak. Pro legraci králíkům.
Krom toho je tu lidskoprávní a demokratické pravidlo - nedotknutelnost soukromého vlastnictví. Čekal bych že zasraní komouši tento národ jednou pro vždy vyléčili, ale očividně se pletu.
Čekal jsem podnětnou diskusi. Ale nedozvěděl jsem se, kdo a jak bude kontrolovat obsazenost bytů(abych si mohl rýpnout jedním konkrétním případem sousedního bytu), jen nějaké politické floskule. Škoda.

co se tyce osobniho vlastnictvi, tak existuje spousta veci, ktere clovek vlastnit ani nesmi (ruzne drogy, zbrane, detske porno, lidi, armadni technika, vzdusny prostor), spousta veci, kde je omezene mnozstvi (zbrane, drogy, strategicke suroviny), dusevni vlastnictvi se sbira AI scrapery hlava nehlava bez jakekoli pravni ochrany, vlastni zarizeni si clovek nesmi legalne hacknout/opravit (Nintendo, Apple, PlayStation), Amazon maze z uctu koupene knihy
pro exekuce osobni vlastnictvi vubec neplati
takze nedotknutelnost vlastnictvi jak pro koho a jak na co, precedentu nepocitane
nevidim jediny duvod neregulovat trh s necim, co je jedna z nejkritictejsich potreb pro preziti cloveka i lidstva

in reply to albi always there • • •@albi insincerely yours Tak srovnávat dětské porno s našetřenými penězi a nákupem bytu jako investice(který není prázdný, to jsme si snad už vyjasnili, že to je naprostá ocasovina) je docela silné kafe.
A samozřejmě poskytovat službu, vydělávat na ní a platit daně je naprosto, ale naprosto v pořádku.
Abych se vrátil k meritu věci - neexistuje žádný úřad, který by mohl nějak kontrolovat, zda je byt obsazený nebo prázdný. Vedle byl byt oficiálně prázdný 8 let. Většinu času tam žili nájemníci, dokud si nezařídili vlastní bydlení, nebo se hned nevyplašili, když se dozvěděli, že majitel se schovává před věřiteli někde na Moravě. Celý soudní systém, celý bankovní systém, všechny vymahačské firmy, katastrální úřady, finanční úřady, .... to všechno by bylo nutné propojit, aby šlo zjistit, jestli je byt prázdný.
Takže to nejde, chlapci a děvčata. Zapomeňte konečně na to a řešte příčinu! Vyšší poptávka než je nabídka zvyšuje cenu. Elementární základy ekonomie. Platí to pro rohlíky úplně stejně jako pro byty.

a srovnavani detskeho porna s kupovanim bytu je falesny argument, ja poukazoval na to, ze osobni vlastnictvi neni nedotknutelne ani ted a nikdy nebylo, to jenom establishment si historicky zakony poskladal k obrazu svemu a do dneska na nich lpime ze setrvacnosti
zakony jsou celospolecenske pravidla hry, takze pokud chceme zit v pravnim state, musime zaridit, aby tu hru chteli vsichni hrat
cikani (i ti bili) to vzdali, protoze podle nasich pravidel nemohli nikdy vyhrat
super-bohati se do basy dostanou jenom ve chvili, kdy by bylo spolecensky neunosne je tam neposlat (Rath, Janousek), jinak jsou zakony postavene pro ne tak, aby mohli zit beze strachu (nedotknutelnost nezastropovaneho majetku)
10 % nejbohatsich lidi na svete ma na svedomi 80 % skod zpusobenych ekologickymi katastrofami, ale nikdo z nich za to odpovednost nenese, ani financni ani jinou, ale kdyz "luza" vytvori malou nelegalni skladku u sebe za barakem nebo nestihne schuzku na pracaku, ktera je v jinem meste, tak je ohen na strese a je potreba je potrestat, aby "se pro priste poucili", prestoze zjevne nemaji prostredky na to se kazdy den cely den svobodne rozhodovat "spravne"
nase zakony objektivne nejsou fer ani temi danemi a povinnymi poplatky, na kterych chudy clovek na Sluknovsku zaplati pomerne k platu nasobne vic, nez pan velkopodnikatel z krajskeho mesta, natoz z Prahy
takze ne, platit dane, jak zakon kaze, neni ani nahodou dostacujici a fer
