I'd be surprised if there wasn't. Tech politics has been a broad church for a long time, including a lot of sheltered, right-leaning men. I remember David Farrar (Mr KiwiBlog) on a panel at the only NetHui I've been to.
But in recent years a lot of pressure has built up on the fault lines between the factions. Responses to this govt can't really be neutral, so it's reaching breaking point in a lot of organisation.

Aaand, if this continues working and growing without issues, I will feel more comfortable sharing more filth with the studio! This is very much the early days of testing out how we're gonna handle it with the content warnings and comments etc

I've done comics will full on written scripts and layout plans, and I've done comics that had no script whatsoever, just thumbnails of the pages.
For Jenitales, I'll have a basic written doc of the main storybeats for each chapter, just so I know the rough flow of the comic from start to finish. Then I move to making thumbnails of the pages on cheap printer paper -
