Der Háifoss, was für ein Wasserfall. Mit seinen 122m ist er der dritthöchste Wasserfall Islands. Vom Parkplatz aus kann man hinunter in die Schlucht laufen und so dem Háifoss sehr nahe kommen. Die Kraft und Dynamik ist beeindruckend. Einer meiner Favoriten der Wasserfälle. Bei meinem Besuch ließ ein asiatisches Ehepaar dort Hochzeitsbilder machen.

A sudden flood in the river flowing from Tibet has caused extensive damage in the Timure area of the Rasuwagadhi customs region. The flood has swept away the Friendship Bridge that connects the Nepal-China border with Tibet.
Due to the massive flood in the Lende River, located at the Nepal-China border in Rasuwa district, the Friendship Bridge linking Nepal and China has been completely washed away. The flood has also carried away several goods containers and electric vehicles (EVs) parked at the Rasuwagadhi customs office.
Similarly, cargo trucks on the Chinese side of the border have been submerged as the floodwaters blocked their passage.
There are fears of significant damage to both life and property due to this natural disaster.
We sincerely urge all brothers and sisters residing along the banks of the Bhotekoshi and Trishuli rivers to move to safe locations. 🙏🙏

Questo non è un banale libretto di slogan contro la Polizia (che non avrebbe senso), ma sull’utopia e su come le cose che sembrano impossibili, in realtà, non lo sono mai.

Proposal to Sell Gaza Land Via Crypto Tokens Met With Backlash
The Tony Blair Institute helped form a plan that proposed selling land in Gaza via blockchain tokens, the Financial Times reported Monday, after paying Palestinians to leave their land. The tokenization project would have also seen the region rebuilt with Dubai-style artificial islands and “blockchain-trade initiatives,” complete with Elon Musk and Donald Trump-themed areas.
A slide deck titled the “Great Trust” was developed by the Boston Consulting Group, or BCG, the FT reported on Sunday, with participation from two staff members from the Tony Blair Institute—an organization founded by the former UK prime minister. It was shared with the Trump administration, according to the FT, which echoed similar sentiments in February.
The deck suggested paying half a million Palestinians to leave Gaza to attract private investors to redevelop the area, following Israel’s bombings. It proposed that the public land in Gaza be put into a trust and sold via “digital tokens traded on a blockchain.” Gazans could add their private land into the trust in return for a token that would give them the right to a housing unit.
