What did you use to generate this? I've used Coagula Light in years past to generate sound files from images.
I also learned from experience that, if one wants the sound file to resemble sweeping pitches rather than white noise, one needs to optimize the image first with a Glowing Edges filter (either monochrome or controlling for color) and possibly adjust contrast.
I just used a quick and dirty written java program to "render" the wave file. I render the luminance of the image which works well with most of my images.
(And it is also an interesting sound effect)
