I decided to finish watching Person of Interest. I was only half way through the series.
The show builds on mass surveillance post 911, and a bunch of ridiculous conspiracy theories. But I have to say it's still a little weird watching the now ±10 years old show in the context of current AI tech, which isn't particularly intelligent and therefore very different, but also in the context of the big tech surveillance industry. Sometimes the stories are a little on the nose. 😅
I recently watched the whole series in a binge.
I really want a sequel series.

Unknown parent • • •To my knowledge no one told them anything like that, no one said they wanted to prohibit public transit, paratransit or ride shares. To me, saying bicycles are the future is a bit like saying cars are the present: it's the immensely more popular option at a certain time that's considered the default for people who can use it. I've personally never seen a bicycle enthusiast who wanted to ban public transit or ride shares so maybe we agree?
