My poor Nibbler. He was having a nice nap on my lap, but he must have had some disquieting dream. He woke up, then stared at me for a full minute with an expression on his face I haven't seen before - like he didn't know me. He got over it and seems back to normal, but he's not back on my lap.
I wonder if he was dreaming about his first family? Just in case, I told him how much they loved him but couldn't bring him with them, and that they made sure to find him and TLC a good home where they'd get spoiled by cat-crazy homebodies. He didn't seem convinced, the poor pook.

Questo #agostopareva partito bene, ma lentamente (o forse nemmeno troppo…) è caduto inesorabilmente agli inferi. E oggi, che è l’ultimo giorno di questo mese, è quindi arrivato il momento di fare il resoconto, perché altrimenti vorrei quasi solo piangere. (E anche perché devo finire un altro post, prima ancora di poter fare un altro post qui, ma lascerò stare i miei disastri personali per questa fottutissima volta, visto che ora c’è piuttosto da prendersela solo coi piani alti.) 🏜️
Sorprendentemente, la profezia per cui dal primo di agosto avrebbe iniziato a fare maltempo tutti i giorni, data la precondizione che per mia madre iniziavano le ferie, non si è avverata; e anzi, soprattutto, la settimanina di vacanza fuori non è stata rovinata dal meteo! Certamente bello, ma in egual misura assurdo… e quindi, avendo i potery forty perso l’occasione buona di rovinarci le ferie in un bel colpo singolo ben piazzato, avrei quasi dovuto prevedere che nei giorni a seguire ci sarebbe stata la grande (ma terribilmente diluita) beffa che ci avrebbe impedito di enjoyare per bene il resto del nostro time. 😫
È infatti in quel momento, a vacanze finite ma ferie ancora in corso, che è partita una tendenza meteorologicaampiamente sfavorevole per dire poco — che, curiosamente, per metà replica quasi perfettamente un agosto di svariati anni fa ugualmente disperante. Con mia madre avente ancora le ferie, ha iniziato a piovere letteralmente tutti i pomeriggi (o quasi, ma io ricordo tutti… incluso ferragosto, per chi se lo è perso!)… ma vabbé che non era proprio la fine del mondo, perché in genere la mattina riuscivamo comunque ad andare al mare. Ecco, la vera maledizione si è piuttosto abbattuta questi due ultimi fini settimana, con il caldo assolato tutti i giorni mentre mia madre lavorava… fino a venerdì pomeriggio/sera, in cui puntualmente ha piovuto… ma mai tanto puntualissimamente quanto sabato mattina e pomeriggio, e quindi non si esce. E #mannaggia al carciofo acquatico!!! 🥦
Ma è assurda, spaventosa, la precisione con cui tutto questo mese è venuto a piovere oppure ha evitato; e loro mi vogliono far credere che non esista alcun complotto??? Possiamo solo ringraziare il cielo (letteralmente, visto che da lì altrimenti cadono le gocce) che, almeno la domenica mattina, stranamente non abbia fatto piovere, e infatti anche stavolta sono sulla spiaggia. Sporca di tutta la roba che il mare agitato avrà portato nella notte di tempesta, ma almeno è qualcosa. Il #mare in sé, però, è parecchio agitato… e io non ho più l’età per fare il roleplay di Goku che provoca le onde, quindi resto fuori. Insomma, grandi troiai da questo lato, e dall’altro (cioè domani) inizia settembre, quindi: se Lvi (il meteo) vuole, forse ci spunta fuori qualche altra mattina, ma il grosso è già fuori dalla finestra (e, se parliamo di pioggia, un po’ anche dentro, se ci si dimentica di chiudere i balconi). 🎻 Marini agostini, rimarrai senza spiaggini! Adding a record for mr. Dawid Wiśnia would be a double encrichment of your database (1: another record; 2,: *with* a photograph) while the work required is next to negligible: all the required details are in your toot.
But you will not do that, because your hasbara toots attract a lot more attention *and* because you do neither care about individual Holocaust victims, nor about people looking for information in your database.
You favour toots, not just *directly* because such toots get boosted (mostly by bots and fake accounts) a lot, but also "indirectly" because "impressive" toots uploaded by you are usually boosted that many times that they become trending.

Ich verfolge diese schon etwas länger, doch habe das Gefühl dass es keinen Nachschub an Nutzer*innen gibt. Sehr schade eigentlich, da es eine open source alternative zu Kleinanzeigen, eBay & Co. im Fediverse darstellt.
Schaut sie euch an, sie ist schlicht und einfach, aber mehr braucht es auch nicht.
Mit Flohmarkt habt ihr eine quelloffene Alternative zu eBay. Biete hier Dinge an, die du im Überfluss hast, oder suche nach Dingen, die du dir wünschst.
Ich hab grad mal bei der Software selbst geschaut. Dort heißt es: „flohmarkt provides its own http server that can be used stand-alone to show small ads that registered users may publish.“ Heißt das, daß man es nicht unter einem bereits laufenden Webserver installieren kann? Wenn die Ports für http/https bereits von einem nginx belegt sind, würde das ja sonst nicht funktionieren.
Hint: Nicht alle Admins können jeden Dienst auf einem eigenen Host laufen lassen.
@atarifrosch moin. Das mit dem stand-alone ist so gemeint, dass es aus activitypub-perspektive ein server mit eingebautem webclient ist. Im Sinne der Erfinder ist in Activitypub der AP-Client vom AP-Server konzeptionell getrennt. Aus usability-sicht, war es uns ein Anliegen das zusammenzuwerfen. Ich kann verstehen, warum das aus deiner Perspektive verwirrend wirkt. Aus der Perspektive des Admins: flohmarkt ist eine x-beliebige webanwendung, die reverseproxied werden kann. 😀

als verkäufer brauchst du tatsächlich einen account auf einer flohmarkt instanz. als käufer kannst du auch von mastodon und anderen diensten aus mit flohmarkt-inseraten interagieren.
Wenn ich das richtig verstehe, kann ich aber, z.B. mit nem Mastodon Account weder einer #Flohmarkt Instanz, einem Anbieter noch einem Angebot direkt folgen wie das z.B. mit PixelFed oder PeerTube Accounts möglich ist. Oder?
Mir gelingt es nicht, meinem adminforge #Flohmarkt Account zu folgen. Die Suche, ausgehend von drei verschiedenen Mastodon Instanzen und einer Sharkey Instanz, ist jeweils erfolglos.

Die "Remote Interact"-Funktionalität, also mit nem Fediverse-Account (zum Beispiel Mastodon) auf ein #flohmarkt Inserat antworten, geht derzeit bei dem adminforge flohmarkt auch nicht.

El caso es que a propósito de la celebración del Día Mundial del Blog, y pensando cómo podría yo celebrarlo me quedé un poco en blanco. ¿Hacer una fiesta tal como está el mundo? ¿probar algo nuevo? ¿iniciar otro blog? ¿bloguear sobre ello?
Quiza lo que más me apetecía es recordar en mi pequeña comunidad de amigos y familiares lo que es un blog, ya que es allí donde se pone de manifiesto el gran desconocimiento que existe -a pesar de esos más de 25 años- sobre los blogs. Así que puse a hablar a Blogpocky y lo puse en el estado de Whatsapp.
Para mis posibles seguidores nuevos (y principiantes), decirles que Blogpocket es la «blogopedia» y que encontrarán TODA la información sobre qué es un blog y cómo construir un sitio web (un blog o algo más grande). Questo #agostopareva partito bene, ma lentamente (o forse nemmeno troppo…) è caduto inesorabilmente agli inferi. E oggi, che è l’ultimo giorno di questo mese, è quindi arrivato il momento di fare il resoconto, perché altrimenti vorrei quasi solo piangere. (E anche perché devo finire un altro post, prima ancora di poter fare un altro post qui, ma lascerò stare i miei disastri personali per questa fottutissima volta, visto che ora c’è piuttosto da prendersela solo coi piani alti.) 🏜️
Sorprendentemente, la profezia per cui dal primo di agosto avrebbe iniziato a fare maltempo tutti i giorni, data la precondizione che per mia madre iniziavano le ferie, non si è avverata; e anzi, soprattutto, la settimanina di vacanza fuori non è stata rovinata dal meteo! Certamente bello, ma in egual misura assurdo… e quindi, avendo i potery forty perso l’occasione buona di rovinarci le ferie in un bel colpo singolo ben piazzato, avrei quasi dovuto prevedere che nei giorni a seguire ci sarebbe stata la grande (ma terribilmente diluita) beffa che ci avrebbe impedito di enjoyare per bene il resto del nostro time. 😫
È infatti in quel momento, a vacanze finite ma ferie ancora in corso, che è partita una tendenza meteorologicaampiamente sfavorevole per dire poco — che, curiosamente, per metà replica quasi perfettamente un agosto di svariati anni fa ugualmente disperante. Con mia madre avente ancora le ferie, ha iniziato a piovere letteralmente tutti i pomeriggi (o quasi, ma io ricordo tutti… incluso ferragosto, per chi se lo è perso!)… ma vabbé che non era proprio la fine del mondo, perché in genere la mattina riuscivamo comunque ad andare al mare. Ecco, la vera maledizione si è piuttosto abbattuta questi due ultimi fini settimana, con il caldo assolato tutti i giorni mentre mia madre lavorava… fino a venerdì pomeriggio/sera, in cui puntualmente ha piovuto… ma mai tanto puntualissimamente quanto sabato mattina e pomeriggio, e quindi non si esce. E #mannaggia al carciofo acquatico!!! 🥦
Ma è assurda, spaventosa, la precisione con cui tutto questo mese è venuto a piovere oppure ha evitato; e loro mi vogliono far credere che non esista alcun complotto??? Possiamo solo ringraziare il cielo (letteralmente, visto che da lì altrimenti cadono le gocce) che, almeno la domenica mattina, stranamente non abbia fatto piovere, e infatti anche stavolta sono sulla spiaggia. Sporca di tutta la roba che il mare agitato avrà portato nella notte di tempesta, ma almeno è qualcosa. Il #mare in sé, però, è parecchio agitato… e io non ho più l’età per fare il roleplay di Goku che provoca le onde, quindi resto fuori. Insomma, grandi troiai da questo lato, e dall’altro (cioè domani) inizia settembre, quindi: se Lvi (il meteo) vuole, forse ci spunta fuori qualche altra mattina, ma il grosso è già fuori dalla finestra (e, se parliamo di pioggia, un po’ anche dentro, se ci si dimentica di chiudere i balconi). 🎻 Marini agostini, rimarrai senza spiaggini! Con la faccia tosta di chi odia le ferie, la furia del mare si abbatte sulle nostre vite. Splash! L’acqua sbatte e si lancia per aria. La pace interrotta con greve periodo non è neanche l’inizio. recensione alberghiaca con sorprese megapazzurde e stasi ottimalizzata!
A grandissimissima richiesta (…di ben 1 persona), quasiurgeva una recensione dell’albergo dove sono stata per poco più di metà della settimana scorsa… utile a non si sa chi o cosa, data la solita mia necessaria precauzionale omissione di dettagli altrimenti fondamentali, ma il piacere della storiella (o, come dice il caro Piero Angela, il piacere della scop..ta) è sempre altamente importante e necessarioa non sprofondare ogni giorno sempre di più in quello stato dell’essere che ci (mi) vede... vabbè, scusate, basta cazzate. 🙁
Vediamo prima le cose strane, così togliamo il dente bizzarro e via il dolore causato dalla morbosa curiosità. A parte il non proprio spassoso incidente dell’ultima sera, che fa testo a sé, di cose curiose ce n’erano un bel po’ in questo hotel; queste altre, per fortuna, non avvilenti. La cosa che forse più colpiva, complessivamente e continuamente, è che… proprio all’ingresso, affianco alla reception, aveva un bar… che operava da normale bar, essendo in centro. In 4 giorni non ho visto nessuno andarci, però oh: per chi ha interesse, ci sta il bar. Anzi, ci sono due bar: c’era una sala interrata, che fungeva da sala colazione (e solo colazione, il resto del tempo era chiusa), e aveva un altro bancone/postazione bar. Addirittura, le pareti di questa erano affrescate con un tema apposta per l’hotel… ma non ho fotine mie ora, quindi ops. 👻
Passando alla camera… Altre cose strane sono che il rubinetto del lavandino si chiamava Cristina(e si, le marche delle robe idrauliche sono sempre stranamente assurde, maCristina non l’avevo mai vista)… mentre, la marca dell’area lavandino proprio, è un altro nome mai sentito, TECHNOVA, ma la cosa che mi ha lasciata confusa è che il font sembra uscito tipo da un anime… queste lettere un po’ rotonde con la O che è una stellina, insomma… E poi ancora, nell’armadio appendiabiti (non in bagno ovviamente), c’era il quadro elettrico della stanza, con un cartello che diceva tipo di non aprire se non autorizzati… ma la porticina di plastica era di suo mezza aperta, quindi il cartello nel contesto sembra una presa in giro. Boh, roba proprio strana si trova, mi sa, andando in giro con l’occhio clinico ben aperto. 👁️ Temo di non essere proprio bbona a fare le recensioni dei posti, però, perché i tratti positivi di forte impatto che riesco a dire solo solo 2… però oh, son roba tosta. Come già detto, con la stanza solo per me le faville sono state sensibili: anzitutto perché il letto era a due posti, ma c’ero appunto soltanto io, quindi ho dormito alla grande, senza sentire i rumori molesti dei miei genitori — altrimenti succede puntualmente che loro fanno il roleplay della Russia (russano e invadono il mio sonno) e io quindi dell’Ucraina (sigh) — e perdendomi ampiamente in questo letto, gigante per i miei standard (0.5 posti più grande del mio solito, wow), stabilendo insomma per bene anche in trasferta il mio stato da principessa femcel marcia… ma poi, perché avevo il bagno solo per me… 😈
E il bagno, anche se era più piccolo di quello dei miei genitori — che, al contrario, avevano la parte principale della stanza più piccola di me, ops — era stellare… da gaming, oserei dire. E il gaming è infatti avvenuto alla grande, la sera che avevo un po’ di tempo (si, proprio quella dell’incidente) e ho quindi deciso di provare la doccia che c’era. Il design era molto strano a prima vista, e certamente mi aspettavo qualcosa di insolito nel suo uso… ma non immaginavo che avesse letteralmente i LED blu (primo colore del gaming!!!) e dei display numerici per indicare la temperatura corrente dell’acqua e il tempo trascorso con essa accesa!!! In confronto alla roba normalissima che posso permettermi io a casa, questa doccia è stata super premium… tanto che, trasportata dal gaming, ho deciso di farmi anche lo shampoo, nonostante inizialmente volessi solo sciacquarmi. (Poi vabbè, lo shampoo ha causato altri problemi, ma quella è una condanna mia personale.) 😻
Ecco, del bagno in realtà non mi è assolutamente piaciuto che il sapone per le mani fosse in un dispenser automatico (non solo da me, anche dai miei era così)… A parte che si mimetizzava col muro, quindi inizialmente non lo notavo e mi chiedevo dove straminchia fosse il sapone per le mani, non essendoci saponette in giro, ma solo il flaconcino per la doccia… è semplicemente terribile il fatto che si attivi con un sensore di prossimità: se si appoggia qualcosa lì sotto per sbaglio, ecco che questa verrà sburrata immediatamente dal macchinario, senza se e senza ma… e anche banalmente per prendere il sapone, è scomodo, non si capisce mai come bisogna mettere e togliere la mano, e quindi ogni tanto va a cadere, sporcando la superficie attorno al lavandino. 😭
Però… in un certo senso, questo contrasto tra elementi di lusso e oggetti che vanno bene solo in un bagno pubblico ha una sua personalità… E quindi, comunque, tutto sommato, nice albergo da 3 stelle in provincia di Roma; non costato troppissimissimo, considerato che il totale con le due stanze è stato 800€ per 4 notti. Ci sarebbero ora foto da salvare riguardo il viaggio, ma, tra questo blog, il sito delle foto, Pixelfed, la BBS, ora anche Sharkey, oltre pure al semplice Pignio, non so manco dove mettere cosa, e allora zzz, circolare, non c’è null’altro da vedere qui… 🥴
