1. Ignoring or dismissing women's ideas until a man repeats them.
2. Assuming she is incapable.
3. Letting her do the dirty work and then take the credit, or take over for the fun stuff.
4. Interrupting her while she's presenting at a conference.
5. Negatively judging her for actions that would be praised when a man does them.
6. Being generally dismissive, or interrupting her, denying her skills, displaying misogyny, etc., etc.
(Yes, all these things happened, multiple times, to numerous women.)

Annoyingly the FT's latest editorial while accepting the current Govt. inherited a 'poor' economy outlook from the Tories, goes on to argue that the current reduction in jobs & economic activity is the direct result of mistaken policy choices by Labour.
Now I'm not going to say that's there's no link... but (as I've said before) the Bank of England *explicit* policy on inflation has been to slow down the UK economy, yet this isn't mentioned by the FT at all!!

ho provato a far girare un #llm (#Mistral con 7 miliardi di parametri quantizzato 4bit) su un mac M3 16gb, ho semplicemente compilato llama.cpp (col supporto gpu/metal), scaricato il modello da hugging face , creato uno scriptino zsh per impostare i parametri e ha funzionato senza grossi problemi, è anche abbastanza veloce
il modello pesa sui 3/4gb a seconda delle versioni
ps non ho usato ollama perché preferisco smanettarci
