we had a Commodore 64 connected via RF cable to an (already at the time) old B/W tv in a study room. Okay, something is seriously wrong with my old Anycubic. I already did PID tuning twice, but for some reasons I don't get it just can't keep the nozzle temperature after it dials it *down* by 5°C. Then after a short while the heat elements for *both* the head as well as bed apparently shutdown (which must be some protection circuit because Klipper doesn't immediately know it) before of course Klipper's emergency shutdown kicks in due to temperature dropping below 170°C… #3DPrinting

If the power supply was failing which would be reduced, voltage or amperage? 🤔 Can't measure >10A with my multimeter, but the 12.08V output of the power supply are absolutely stable when the temperature begins to drop uncontrollably. Meanwhile the MCU reports it tries to give full power to keep temperature.
In my very limited understanding of electronics this indicates that my power supply degraded and doesn't provide all of its 350W anymore? #3DPrinting #electronics #repair
