It's official: U.S. economic supremacy is history. 2025 is the year when China becomes the first world power. Now, I wouldn't want to live in China due to several reasons (lack of freedom of expression, weak cultural landscape, few urban green spaces, lousy urbanism, vertical construction), but the Chinese dream is becoming way more seductive than the American dream. And Trump is definitely not helping. Which is a pity, because I really think that the U.S. left the world an absolutely incredible cultural, scientific, and technological legacy...
