Road test!
Bunch of bolts arrived so I could finish assembling the bike, then I took it out for a quick road test around the block-ish (3km). Stopped a few times to adjust things, but it went well.
Somewhat ironically, it's easier to climb hills on this than on my ebike - and I didn't even go anywhere near bottom gear.

⚠️ FYI: Followers-only posts don’t stop harassment. They make it easier to hide.
What’s presented as a privacy feature often works like a loophole. A person can make a followers-only post, rile up their audience, and send them off to dogpile a target.
The original post stays invisible to anyone outside that circle. That means moderators can’t easily see it, can’t verify context, and often can’t act until the damage is already done. The only way they gain visibility is if someone with access to the post—like the target or another follower—reports it.
Public harassment leaves a visible trail. Followers-only harassment vanishes into locked timelines where outsiders have no visibility. That makes it harder to detect, harder to document, and far easier to deny.
This creates a real problem in a decentralized network like the Fediverse. Each server already has limited visibility into what happens on other instances. Add restricted visibility on top of that and harassment slips through the cracks.
Instigators gain plausible deniability. Victims struggle to prove what happened. Moderators are forced to rely on scattered reports or incomplete screenshots. Followers-only posts aren’t a shield against harassment. They are a smokescreen that gives bad actors cover.

Twice I’ve bought from Bandcamp only to have their customer support admit that the album was uploaded illegally.
Bandcamp refunded & removed the account but because they aren’t verifying account ownership, instead of more money going to artists, no money goes to them & 100% goes to fraudsters.
