つい先日も同じ事を言っているのだけど、関東大震災時中国人虐殺ってのは多くの方の視界には入ってないんだよね。だって言及されないから。今日の新聞記事でもタイトルに出てこないでしょ。
ヘイトクライムを語る時に関東大震災時朝鮮人虐殺からいま行われている悍ましい憎悪煽動まで、それが延長線上にあるという話をしたとして、その事自体はまったく否定するつもりはないのだか、そこに嫌中や関東大震災時中国人虐殺は入ってこない事がママある。
知らないのか一環の事象というか巻き添えという認識なのかなんなのか、いずれにせよ別物として視界には入ってない。
ここにわたしが関東大震災時中国人虐殺に拘る理由がある。
関東大震災時朝鮮人虐殺は被害者数などの日本による公的な数字の調査は存在していないがその被害者数は凄まじいだろう事は分かっている。
これに対して中国人虐殺は外交問題・被害者への賠償問題にもなっていた事からその数字の信ぴょう性は別としても公的に確定した被害者数が存在している。
同じ基準で数字を比較する事は出来ないが、それでも朝鮮人は6千の被害者が出たとも言われており、これに対して中国人の被害者は5百名程度。
その規模には圧倒的な違いが存在する。
そして、中国人は、その被害者数が最も大きいのは東京・大島で見られたような中国人労働者が中国人として殺されたケースだが、それとは別に神奈川・鶴見で見られたような中国人留学生などが朝鮮人と言われて殺されたり襲われたりしたケースも存在している。
そのうえ被害者名簿は東京での中国人労働者の被害が大半であり、中国人留学生などの被害は公的な被害者名簿には記載されていない可能性が高い。
被害者数の圧倒的な違いやマイノリティに対する攻撃という意味では同じような事件と判断しやすいため、朝鮮人虐殺の一類型として中国人虐殺が存在しているような印象を持ちうる事は理解出来るが、同じようなマイノリティの虐殺であったとしても、中国人虐殺に関しては、その被害者数のうち、公的な数字としては、明らかに日本人が中国人（中国人労働者）を狙った虐殺の結果としての被害者が最も多いのだから、朝鮮人虐殺と中国人虐殺は違う憎悪犯罪だという認識を持つべきだと思っている。
もちろん関東大震災時朝鮮人虐殺はあれほどの惨劇がまだまだ語られていないし検証もされていないという事である以上語られるべきだし、検証されるべきなのは間違いない。
だが、だからといって関東大震災時中国人虐殺についてが横に放っておかれて良いというワケでもないと思う。
なので、わたしは関東大震災時中国人虐殺に拘る。
が、だからと言って、何度も言うが、関東大震災時朝鮮人虐殺の事をどうでもよいものと考えているワケではない。

Since some relatives moved to the USA, we've struggled to buy them gifts from online retailers with our UK credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay – Gap, Levi's, everywhere we've tried except Amazon, won't accept UK billing addresses.
Any ideas? We can't always buy from Amazon; I'm reluctant to ask US friends to order for us; we can't post things to them in the Current Climate; for work I can easily generate a single-use credit card with a US address but consumer versions of that service are expensive!

According to DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, she fired two dozen IT employees at FEMA over an alleged security incident in which "no sensitive information was extracted from any DHS networks."
To Noem, the real problem isn't cybercriminals outside of FEMA who want to break in, it's the "deep state" bureaucrats who are the real threat, the insider.
"When DHS stepped in to fix the problem, entrenched bureaucrats worked to prevent us from solving the problem and downplayed just how bad this breach was. These deep-state individuals were more interested in covering up their failures than in protecting the Homeland and American citizens’ personal data, so I terminated them immediately."

I've generally been avoiding Bixby Bridge in Big Sur these days as it is getting a little overcooked by Influencers/Tourists.
Even so, it is a spectacular piece of engineering in one of the most beautiful places in the world. So if I do find a moment where I’m not surrounded by 1,000 people, and it is something different from what I have taken before, I’ll take a shot.
