In un periodo adolescenziale della mia vita fui folgorato sulla via del jazz rock (e non solo), termine non certamente ortodosso per la critica jazzistica. Fra i tanti musicisti e gruppi in auge in quegli anni, la Mahavishnu Orchestra di John McLaughlin nutriva la mia più sentita ammirazione. Se Miles Davis inventò il jazz rock sulle onde di “Bitches Brew”, furono i suoi discepoli a dargli ordine e regola, a cominciare da John McLaughlin, che con Hammer e Cobham fondò nel 1971 la Mahavishnu Orchestra. The Inner Mounting Flame è uno dei capolavori insieme a Birds of Fire (1973) di questo genere sonoro: il jazz rock. The problem is that the vast majority of protests and mobs (not just in PH but globally) are purposefully delimited by both the police and by organizers under the framework of legality. Illegalism, while great, is difficult to build mass force.
Mass illegalism in protests, transforming these into riots, then insurrections, then communization, then revolution, happens under conditions of crisis and crisis activity. It's not something that can be forced into existence.

Il meteo pare si sia aggiustato un po' (oh capiamoci, non mi lamento di dormire con il plaid e uscire con la felpa eh, anzi) e forse questo weekend non diluvia, quindi molto probabilmente sabato si va all'Edonè per il festival vegan Col Cavolo!
Peccato solo che ci perdiamo il market di dischi la domenica, che saremo impegnati nel rientro in pianura.
