I don't know who's going to start it. ICE will certainly provoke things. Maybe someone anti-ICE. Maybe someone pro-ICE will fight with the anti-ICE. Maybe a Boogaloo Boy will just start shooting.
All I know is that I'm going to plan my road trip far far from I-5.
We will see, but kind of doubt it. Maybe, like LA there will be a few days of overreaction to some mostly peaceful protests, but there is nothing for the military to do in Portland. They will show up with a lot of fanfare. Hang around for a while. Then leave. Militaries fight. There is no one to fight in Portland.

It became my favourite after I chipped it and repaired it, kinda. But this time it fell out of my cabinet (which is weird, cuz I always put it in the back?) and gained a hairline fracture at the base. No chips; I didn't even notice until I poured tea into it. So I really can't repair it this time. RIP, cat mug.
