So, all told, I walked about 3.7 miles today, on top of a very good amount of sleep - and I feel great.
And I **know** adequate sleep, fresh air & exercise is good for me & my brain.
And two laps around my block is 3 miles, but my brain is "no, we live here, we see it every day, this is boring, NOPE."
I don't particularly want to be a "get in the car and drive somewhere to take a nice long walk" person, but I may need to scout out semi-interesting places nearby.
I've been wondering if I could perhaps trick myself into doing a 'boring' walk by playing music, or perhaps a podcast, so the walk itself becomes more of an automatic sort of thing 🤔
(Maybe someday, LOL)
Yeah, I need to figure out something where it doesn't feel like a chore.

I am a little annoyed I have become something of a connoisseur of these things. All ESP32 C3 variants.
The red one has an external antenna port but you have to solder a tiny wire to enable it.
The black one has shit antenna placement and bad wifi reception but the same pins as the red one.
The blue one has excellent internal antenna placement but the pinout is completely different, notwithstanding the two extra pins, so it’s not a drop in replacement.
Sigh.
