Maybe I'm dumb/naive, but I think it would be really great if the people of #pdx "deployed" stand up comedians, musicians, and artists to perform and mock the storm troopers. An escalating protest gives these people what they want. A set of great jokes and songs with a lot of people laughing at the dorks in military gear does not.

Fun/sad-ish personal trivia: hazelnuts were my father's last obsession (he kind of moved from hobby to hobby) before really going downhill. I heard many impromptu and unwanted lectures on their processing though he was a newbie and wouldn't acknowledge that I grew them first or that there were available in stores...
@mlinksva this one is under a butternut (Juglans cinerea). It fruited for the first time this year too, although I can't find any on the ground. I think the squirrels made off with the loot before I got anywhere near the tree.
