El presidente del Gobierno, Pedro Sánchez, acudirá este jueves a las 9 de la mañana a la comisión de investigación del caso Koldo en el Senado, donde le ha citado el PP, que ha convertido ese organismo en un cajón de sastre sobre los casos de corrupción de los exdirigentes del PSOE. En Moncloa llevan semanas preparando el interrogatorio, conscientes de que los de Alberto Núñez Feijóo, que aún no han desvelado a su portavoz, va a “embarrarlo todo”. El presidente tiene obligación de decir la verdad en esa sesión, que podría prolongarse hasta seis horas, aunque en el Gobierno le restan importancia: “La verdad te asiste”.
¿Quién irá con el presidente?
Los comparecientes se sientan junto a los miembros de la mesa de la comisión, que preside el popular Eloy Suárez Lamata. También hay dos vicepresidentes y dos secretarios (uno del PP y uno del PSOE). Los senadores que forman parte de la comisión se colocan en los escaños situados enfrente. La sesión tendrá lugar en la sala Clara Campoamor.
Fruto de la negociación con la Mesa del Senado, se ha acordado que Sánchez acuda a la Cámara Alta con el ministro de Presidencia, Justicia y Relaciones con las Cortes, Félix Bolaños; el secretario de Estado de Relaciones con las Cortes, Rafael Simancas, que estará sentado dentro de la sala; y otro “acompañante” que Moncloa ha decidido que sea Iván García Yustos, director del Departamento de Asuntos Institucionales. Otros comparecientes han ido acompañados de un abogado.
Interrogatorios de 50 minutos
Las normas de la comisión de investigación dan a cada uno de los siete grupos 50 minutos de interrogatorio en el que pueden plantearlo con la fórmula pregunta-respuesta. En las 80 sesiones previas, los portavoces han interrumpido a los comparecientes, que ascienden a un total de 89. El PP quiere seguir estirando la comisión y ha prorrogado su duración otros seis meses.
El orden de las intervenciones es de menor a mayor representación. La encargada de abrir fuego es la senadora de UPN María Mar Caballero, perteneciente al Grupo Mixto, que comparte con Vox, cuyo senador será el segundo en intervenir. Después le toca el turno al grupo de la Izquierda Confederal, que repartirá su tiempo entre Uxue Barkos (Geroa Bai), Enric Morera (Compromís), Fabián Chinea (Agrupación Socialista Gomera) y para cerrar, los últimos 20 minutos, Carla Antonelli (Más Madrid).
El plantón del PNV
A continuación le tocaría al PNV, pero ha anunciado que no participará en ese “circo político mediático”. Los nacionalistas vascos abandonaron la comisión al constatar que no estaba cumpliendo su función “de transparencia” y que sólo servía para que se lanzaran acusaciones entre 'populares' y socialistas, según ha dicho la portavoz en el Congreso, Maribel Vaquero.
El siguiente turno será, por tanto, para el Grupo Plural, integrado por Junts, Coalición Canaria y la Agruación Herreña. El BNG, que también forma parte, no participará. Le sigue el Grupo Izquierdas por la Independencia que integran ERC y Bildu, que no se espera que consuman los 50 minutos. Después intervendrá el portavoz socialista, Alfonso Gil.
El PP busca interrogador
La incógnita que todavía perdura es quién será el interrogador del PP. La idea es que sea uno de los 17 senadores del partido adscritos a la comisión de investigación y el mejor colocado es el portavoz del PP en la comisión, Alejo Miranda de Larra. En Génova han tardado en decidir quién era el mejor perfil para llevar ese interrogatorio, que era la bala que tenía guardada Feijóo desde hace meses.
El silencio sobre el portavoz que se enfrente al presidente también se interpreta como una forma de mantener en secreto la estrategia frente a Moncloa.
