April 2025 drang die Polizei in ein Berliner Frauenhaus ein, um das Zimmer einer Bewohnerin wegen eines mutmaßlichen Betrugs von 2.500 Euro zu durchsuchen. Obwohl die Beamten nicht auf der Liste der anfrageberechtigten Personen standen, versuchten sie, sich Zutritt zu verschaffen. Dies löste bei den traumatisierten Bewohnerinnen Angst aus. Besonders besorgniserregend ist, dass der Durchsuchungsbeschluss die Adresse des Frauenhauses enthielt, wodurch die Sicherheit der Bewohnerinnen gefährdet wurde. Die Leitung des Frauenhauses hat eine Dienstaufsichtsbeschwerde gegen die Polizei eingereicht.

Edit: Adding this here for visibility. This was not a bug in the Mastodon code, but rather the result of me increasing the max poll options on the web server but not on the server running the sidekiq processes.
