My friend and I took the kids to oaks park earlier. Noticed a group of people with multiple men that just gave me bad vibes. Later in the parking lot gave the dude driving this truck some shit for their stupid flag. He stopped his car and reversed and a few other vehicles in his group also stopped their vehicles in front of us. They tried to fight us and called us faggots in front of children all for saying the flag was ugly and to get that shit out of Portland lol. Ended up being the same men who gave me bad vibes earlier.
They have since left but just a heads up because these guys are super aggro.

I rode the bike for 40 minutes at the gym. And I had ten minutes in the massage chair as well. It was needed...
My body is sore. Maybe from the garden work that I did yesterday. Maybe from the anxiety and stress caused by yesterday's events... 
I'll try to take it easy today. I need to call the vet to check if they have the meds for Arwen so I can pick up a refill.
But, maybe, my mind will need distraction and such, and it will push me into doing more garden work in the back garden. To get the anxiety out a bit... Who knows...
After walkies, I'll work on my blog a bit. I *need* to write a blog about yesterday's events. I know I wrote a longer Toot at the start of this night here, so I may end up using some of that in the blog post. I need to write about it, it's still too present in my brain...
There's so many mixed emotions cruising through me.
Fear of what happened to both my parents but also to the biker! I'm hoping with all my might that he will be able to recover...
Gratefulness for my parents to be as OK as they are now. Grateful for all the people that helped the biker and my parents. Grateful for my friends that offered me the support that I needed so badly at that time.
But also sadness... That my dad was/is responsible for this bad accident. That he injured someone so badly. But I also feel sad for feeling grateful that the biker didn't hit the front side door where my mum was sitting... I don't want to think of what would have happened then....
This will probably come to haunt me in my nightmares, and it wasn't even something I witnessed when it happened.... I hope my parents will be able to deal with this...
Anywhoo.... Let's see how I can make it through today... As I mentioned before, I'll never forget this birthday... But, not in a good way...
