in reply to iFixit • • •After my old Phillips toothbrush broke I got a Suri as it seemed like the only one on the market that was somewhat repairable. I guess I was mistaken.
It still feels like a first generation product too. The paint flakes off immediately and I had to get mine replaced due to a weird issue where it turned itself on and off randomly. They still have a long way to go with general quality and repairability.
I really hope these are just 1st gen troubles and they aren't just greenwashing.
