Nach § 25a Aufenthaltsgesetz soll die Ausländerbehörde unter 21 jährigen nämlich eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis erteilen, wenn sie mindestens 3 Jahre hier gelebt und in dieser Zeit einen Schulabschluss geschafft haben. Das hätte natürlich auch Auswirkungen auf den Aufenthaltsstatus der Eltern gehabt. Und wenn der Verdacht zutrifft, ist die Abschiebung doppelt perfide.
