in reply to UAAR

il crocifisso è tutt'altro che universale e secondo me andrebbe addirittura vietato perché osceno. Ma i dieci comandamenti non hanno niente di negativo se uno li vede come consigli, suggerimenti

I once had to watch a lecture on how useful AI is to pimp your corporate life (it had, of course, some corporate bullshit title I don't remember, but it was boiling down to this basically). There were questions from the public after that and somebody asked how to best use AI to pimp their CV and motivational letters.

The lecturer said he will answer those questions in private then came to the guy (who was standing next to me, so I heard) and told him to absolutely NOT use AI for his CV

in reply to Tomasz Oryński

@TOrynski ...if i read that article you could have the impression that the whole ChatGPT interface is one big failure... while it is the product with the fastest consumer adoption ever... ofcourse it is not a solution for everything but please keep an eye on some facts with regard to this technology. If i ask a random group of students "who has used ChatGPT this week" , a lot of hands will be raised.
in reply to Erik Jonker

@ErikJonker
But even if AI is good in something, is using it in this capacity good?

The lecturer of that lecture I attended suggested you could create videos in which you speak the languages you don't really speak in order to convince the potential employer you speak this language...

Yes, AI can help you communicate in another languages in many ways, but it will only get you so far...

in reply to Tomasz Oryński

@TOrynski sure, you shouldn't use AI for everything, be aware of it's limitations, it's unreliability and bias, personally I like it as a brainstorming tool in some cases, for example where you first (!) think about something yourself and then let a GenAI criticize you or do suggestions for other aspects/perspectives you forgot.
in reply to Erik Jonker

@ErikJonker @TOrynski There is a difference between using chatGPT for seach, and using for a specific purpose (like booking a holiday)

Is it ethical to have surveillance cameras in office. What does HR protocols say about this? Are there any regulations that can protect the rights of workers in a working environment ...
in reply to Yaqub. M

The image shows an interior space with a yellow wall and a white ceiling. The ceiling features a grid pattern with square tiles, and a white smoke detector is mounted near the corner. On the left side, there is a wooden shelf attached to the wall, holding a black bag with a handle. The wall is painted a light yellow color, and the overall lighting appears to be artificial, casting a warm hue over the scene. The space appears to be a small room or office area, with minimal furnishings.
