Presumere che il “capitalismo verde” sia più progressista del suo concorrente fossile sarebbe un grave errore.I populisti autoritari, da Trump a Modi, stanno guadagnando terreno a livello globale, spesso con un fervente sostegno ai combustibili fossili e una retorica anti-ambientalista. C'è una chiara componente ideologica in questo insipido “fascismo fossile”. Si basa sul timore della destra che il “programma woke net zero” sia responsabile degli alti prezzi dell'energia e della stagnazione economica globale.
