Schulkultur und wie sich W. von Humboldt im Grabe dreht
Obwohl Berlin, unsere stolze Hauptstadt, sehr laut ist, kann #mensch beim Spaziergang durch den Schlosspark Tegel ein unüberhörbares Klappern wahrnehmen. Die meisten führen es auf den Puls der Metropole zurück, die wenigsten wissen, dass es das Geklapper der Gebeine Wilhelm von Humboldts ist.
Bildungsminister um Bildungsminister, Lehrergeneration um Lehrergeneration tritt das Bildungsideal des Verehrten mit allen zur Verfügung stehenden Mitteln, während sein Personenkult aufs Penibelste gepflegt wird; natürlich, denn die Nation der Dichter und Denker braucht seine Götzen der Kulturgeschichte.
Bestimmt hätte sich W. v. Humboldt damals nicht träumen lassen, dass nach zwei Weltkriegen und unterschiedlichen Kulturrevolutionen, in einer #Welt der globalisierten Wirtschaft, das Bürgertum in #Deutschland immer noch auf eine exklusive #Bildung pocht.
Das soll aber den Spaziergänger nicht irritieren, wenn er nämlich genau hinhört, merkt er, dass das Geklapper von Tag zu Tag leiser wird, der Physik sei dank. Irgendwann sind die Gebeine nämlich vom ewigen Umdrehen zu Staub zermalmt.
Dann is' endlich Ruh'.
