Dat er te veel overheidswebsites zijn, dat is duidelijk. Dat moet veranderen. Online informatie of diensten van de overheid, moet makkelijk te vinden zijn. Men moet er zeker van zijn dat deze actueel, correct en authentiek is.
Daarom nu het Nationaal Actieplan WebBeleid wat zorgt voor meer herkenbaarheid, duidelijkheid en toegankelijkheid.

Voor mijn moeder die net als vele anderen niet internet-savvy is, is de overheid totaal ontoegankelijk geworden. Iedere website met een andere #UX is voor haar een nieuwe app die ze niet begrijpt en moet leren. Zonder kinderen zou ze verloren zijn.
Ik weet niet wat Nederland al hanteert, maar gov.uk heeft een goed Design System voor de consistentie van UI over al haar sites..
