Our dog *HATES* having her claws trimmed, to the point that we almost never do it because she fights it so hard she could easily hurt us or herself by accident. So one bucket lid, some industrial strength Velcro, and a pack of Velcro backed drywall sandpaper pads later: puppy nail file!
I need to get some rubber feet for it, or something, so that it won’t move around as she scratches it, but even if we need to hold it in place for her (which might actually be easier as we train her to use it), it will be a huge improvement over trying to use the clippers.
The image shows a blue plastic lid and a circular sanding pad placed on a wooden surface. The blue lid has a circular shape with a central raised area and four black rectangular pads attached to its underside, likely for grip or protection. The sanding pad is round, dark gray, and appears to have a coarse texture suitable for sanding. The wooden surface has visible grain patterns and some minor scratches, indicating it is a workbench or similar surface.

Trump Calls “Big Beautiful Bill” the “Most Popular” Law Ever, Despite Polls Showing It’s Widely Disliked
One poll published in June found that nearly 6 in 10 Americans were opposed to the bill.
The image depicts a serene park scene with a body of water in the foreground. The water is calm, reflecting the surrounding greenery. On the grassy bank, a bird, possibly a heron, stands near the water's edge, facing away from the camera. The grass is lush and green, with a few patches of brown, indicating a well-maintained area. In the background, there is a parking lot with several cars, including a white van and a black SUV, parked along the side. Trees with dense foliage provide shade, and their branches extend into the frame, adding depth to the scene. The overall atmosphere is peaceful, with the natural elements contrasting against the urban setting.

in reply to Ars Technica • • •Why does this imply you can take action?
No.one.can.
If you use an Android phone
Google's new panopticon survilence control system _has been_ installed.
The best any user of Android can do is "restrict" the uninstallable surveillance and theft device to "only saving the data from all your third party apps" for three days on YOUR phone, nothing about stored off phone, and its all stolen for training the theft ball called AI.
Unless you get a de-googled android, or linux, phone.

Imagine, software only you control. Golly that would be popular.
Gemini is Trump, watching you.

They are at best a hostile partner to AOSP. And I'm sure they are working on other ways to sabotage AOSP. So be prepared for more drama.
