«Abolire la Polizia significa costruire un mondo nuovo». «La polizia: da dove viene? A cosa serve? A chi serve? A che serve tutta questa meticolosa militarizzazione del territorio, tutta questa sorveglianza dei comportamenti, tutta questa brutalità istituzionalizzata? Perché la Polizia è così violenta nell’approccio con le classi subalterne? Perché è addestrata a considerarle il nemico. Ciò che la Polizia difende con tutti i mezzi a sua disposizione non è l’ordine e la società, ma un certo ordine e la sua società». Police Abolition è una fanzine americana che racconta, con illustrazioni e testi semplici e divulgativi, come quella che sembrava una proposta impossibile e insensata sia diventata, in poco tempo negli Usa, un’opzione politica concreta e ragionevole. Questo non è un banale libretto di slogan contro la Polizia (che non avrebbe senso), ma sull’utopia e su come le cose che sembrano impossibili, in realtà, non lo sono mai.

Aperitivo e presentazione di "Milano Horror Stories, incubi della rigenerazione urbana" di Ivan Hurricane (INSERIRE TAG) per la rassegna "LABYRINTHUS 4.0. Forme di resistenza nello spazio urbano" promossa dalla FOA Boccaccio.
"Milano Horror Stories" è una autoproduzione AFA (INSERIRE TAG afa produzioni fighissime underground) 160 a colori.
Il volume, nato prima in forma di striscia settimanale sui social, è una raccolta di queste strisce più altri fumetti e illustrazioni inedite che raccontano attraverso lo sguardo di Ivan l'orrore della rigenerazione urbana nella città di Milano. Attraverso un racconto horror/comico dal tono acido, l'autore prova a svelare la vera natura della città vetrina, modello a cui tendono tante altre città: un deserto di cemento invaso da vampiri succhiasuolo che si fanno belli con parole da brivido tipo sicurezza, green, riqualificazione, smart.

Proposal to Sell Gaza Land Via Crypto Tokens Met With Backlash
The Tony Blair Institute helped form a plan that proposed selling land in Gaza via blockchain tokens, the Financial Times reported Monday, after paying Palestinians to leave their land. The tokenization project would have also seen the region rebuilt with Dubai-style artificial islands and “blockchain-trade initiatives,” complete with Elon Musk and Donald Trump-themed areas.
A slide deck titled the “Great Trust” was developed by the Boston Consulting Group, or BCG, the FT reported on Sunday, with participation from two staff members from the Tony Blair Institute—an organization founded by the former UK prime minister. It was shared with the Trump administration, according to the FT, which echoed similar sentiments in February.
The deck suggested paying half a million Palestinians to leave Gaza to attract private investors to redevelop the area, following Israel’s bombings. It proposed that the public land in Gaza be put into a trust and sold via “digital tokens traded on a blockchain.” Gazans could add their private land into the trust in return for a token that would give them the right to a housing unit.
