@adarr_volte ça j'en doute fort, surtout les mutuelles. Ce qui est plus que probable, c'est qu'ils vont refuser d'assurer certains biens. Peut-être que sous cette contrainte, les maires finiront par arrêter de bétonner les côtes et les zones inondables (comme quoi, il m'arrive encore parfois d'être optimiste).

If the termination is legal in the first place, then Ubisoft have every right* to further require you to uninstall their products. That's because you need the author's permission to store a copyright-protected piece of software. Otherwise, you're infringing their copyright.

There is something in Roman Law called retroactivity, which is applied only if it's beneficial to the recipients of that regulation.
So, if you bought Assassin's Creed Origins in 2016 without that clause, and afterwards that clause is made effective, it only affects to people who bought the game after that change.
However, if something in the EULA is removed or changed for the better, it affects to every body, no matter what.
EULAs in general, aren’t worth anything because you only have one AFTER you purchase the product, so they claim ‘agreement of contract by default’, which is not how contracts work. You can fight any EULA and win, but it may take months, or longer. I beat Gateway Computers EULA but I had access to investigative assistance and could do it on my own.
