You indeed have to add this line in your Slicer's "at layer change" custom G-Code: TIMELAPSE_TAKE_FRAME
Anything else - where the head moves, camera settings etc - is then being handled by Klipper, according to what you've set in moonraker.conf or timelapse.conf. It's pretty simple, aside from the single line you don't have to add more to the Slicer.
